Torsoli Vacation Packages

The single room is incredibly small and has a distinct smell as described by other reviews. Breakfast was lackluster but was clean and well stocked and got a few calories in at the start of the day. Put the A/C fan on full blast to help with the smell and it also helped muffle the noise of anyone on the floor closing their door or dragging a suitcase down the stairs. Florence is an expensive city for lodging so if you need to stay in the center on a budget… this is a convenient option.

Amazing views. Relaxing stay! A very romantic hotel, though I was surprised by the number of families there; given its location and amenities, I had assumed it was geared towards couples. That isn't a negative comment, though—it was simply a case of my own mistaken perception.

Fantastic location in the heart of Florence. They room was big, clean and the bed comfortable. Breakfast was great too.

The hotel is close to everything. Great restaurants near by too. Highly recommend.

Staff was friendly and accommodating! Rooms were very clean and SPACIOUS! Would definitely return!

The staff was absolutely amazing! The location was easily walkable and convenient to all main sites. Our only issue was the noise from the then walls and ceilings. You could hear all the other guests throughout our stay, regardless of day or night.

The room was clean, quite small, beds were rock hard, overall it was just an average hotel room for the price I would’ve expected a little more. The air-conditioning didn’t quite work we could not control it. The breakfast was very plain and they ran out of eggs at 9:40 am and would not bring more because they were expecting less people. They do not give you any time to check out a little later unless they charge you for it. Overall, it’s an old hotel but the location was very good.

Room was clean, very quaint hotel, staff all pleasant, breakfast was good
