Staff is very sweet. Breakfast was good . They have a timer for air conditioning. Which is a great thing , but when it stops at night it gets hot . There should be atleast a fan that is on through . Specially for someone trying to beat jet lag. The construction about the property is still going on , but it doesn’t stop you from walking around . It’s just not pretty . But that’s not in control of the hotel. I’m sure once the constructions are done it will be good . Rooms are big and nice . The bath tub class divider should be bigger so that water doesn’t spill all over the washroom. We felt safe and secure and that’s what’s most important. They are working on adding more fun things like sauna etc . Thank you for having us . We will come back !

The room was large and very nice with great amenities. We also really enjoyed going to the private and shaded garden with a glass of wine to relax in peace and quiet.

Lovely and accommodating staff. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. While the view from our room was amazing (over canal) the room was a bit small and dated.

Location is amazing, steps from both the train station and Grand Place. Can’t beat the location. Corners of the room were a bit dirty; it’s like the only do a superficial clean. We found a contact lens on the floor. But bedding, towels and the like were clean; I’d give it a 3.5. Not gross, but could be improved. Our room had low spots; I’m 5’8” and I hit my head twice on the door jam to the bathroom. I’m also a huskier gentleman and the shower was tight for me. We were in the loft room; not sure if other rooms have the same problem. Staff were helpful and the price was right. I’d stay there again.

Centrally located. Easy walk to a transportation hub. The actual hotel footprint is old but has been reasonably updated. The $25 per night upgrade to a junior suite they offered me was well worth the cost. A couple of issues: 1. The breakfast was adequate but nothing spectacular. 2. The in room safe does not show the code you entered, so if your finger were to hit the wrong key and you did not notice, you would be locked out 3. Hotel website says they have a car service. No they do not. They just reserve a taxi for you. The taxi cost 56 euro. An uber would have been $40. If i had a little more time the tram/metro would have been $3.00.
