This was the first of two stays we had at the hotel. Loved everything about the hotel - spacious room, comfy bed, quiet and safe and in a great location. The public bath on the top floor of the hotel is such a treat and has a good view of Sapporo. The staff were so helpful and friendly which made for an extra special stay. We would definitely stay here again!

Great big hotel. Staff are nice and breakfast is plenty. Parking is convenient and walking to the Sapporo tower takes about 25 minutes or so. Lots of dining options with about 10 minutes walking. I recommend staying here and there are two convenience stores right across the hotel entrance.

The staffs are not helpful. Front desk staffs cannot communicate with foreigner and not being professional. Check in time must be after 3pm sharp, it would be a additional charge even though rooms are ready for guests, such as if ask for checking in less than half hour before 3pm. Insufficient staffs work with guests. No towels in the hot spring & gym area , guests have to use towels in their room that cause inconvenience.

We chose this place for the unique experiences- Fresh soup with locally sourced ingredients and the wine tasting on the terrace with a fire pit and s’mores. Even the ambiance of the room made you feel like relaxing and unwinding. The only con was the room had a little age to it in the bathroom and the noise level. Our room was close by the elevator and we could hear footsteps above us. But otherwise a neat concept!
