There were 3 weddings in the area and they didn't have rooms ready at the 4 pm check in time for anybody. There was a lot of people and I came in first while everyone cut in front of me. They eventually had to put me in a King "Suite", so I could dress and get ready for the wedding.

So I booked my room three weeks ago paid for it in full the day I booked then I get there yesterday and there’s no rooms available so I had to send my kids to other rooms to stay with friends

Our tub/shower did not have water and we were moved the next morning to another room that they told us the night before that they did not have. Why the maintenance man would have left it like that?

Room was very spacious. However for being an accessible room it was so very far away and luckily I had a motorized cart as walking was ridiculous. Shower and bathroom was very accessible.
