Really enjoyed this hotel! Great for family’s or groups. We had a family wedding and I forgot to bring a light up travel mirror for getting ready. But there was a big mirror in hallway we where all able to use. Very nice and roof top bar was a plus with such friendly bar tenders. We will be back!

We did enjoy our stay. The washer and dryer was a plus. Beds were soft. Living area clean. Coffee pot avaiable, so bring your own coffee. We would stay here again. A little pricey in general, but with that being said, I believe we got more for our our money compared to other hotels in the same area that were even more expensive than Ironworks. Public parking was 30 dollars a day, instead of 45 dollars a day at the other hotels. Ironworks coffeehouse coffee was delicious. The location from the convention center was an easy 6 min. walk. Check in and check out simple. We walked to the church, Burbon street, and the dock for a dinner cruise and to the coffee house serving New Orleans famous benignets;all on the Riverwalk. So, it was a great location. My husband and I were happy with our stay.

Location is excellent but parking was a headache

AC was in op. Management has known for 2 years. Gave us a noisy box fan like you would expect from " Uncle Bob's bayou river motel". Unsafe issues. Balcony door would not lock. Wall plug was in op. Commercial bldg should not have electric issues. Stairway too dark at night. Steps unsafe no non slop strips. Maid service never even swept room. No carpet on floor. Dark laminate that shows dirt. Elaine and Tina were great. Bathroom is TERRIBLY small. Looks like expedia customer gets junk room. Offered half off parking didn't get it. Pool unusable in 95 degrees. BAD corporate owned hotel.

1st floor king rooms are TINY. Rooms have an exterior window street side so vehicle and foot traffic is loud all times of the night. Wouldn't recommend the hotel to more than a couple on a tight budget..even then theres better options. Wont stay again
