The property was pretty clean. The room was clean, even though it was old and outdated. However, there was a weird red stain, dripping down the box spring to the bed It was really weird and creeped me out.

Excellent accommodations for the price. Very quiet area. Located close to the lake and other attractions. Only negative I have is the rooms are pretty dated.

I arrived around 8:30 p.m. on a Sunday. The office was closed. Thankfully there was a phone number in the front, and the I got the key to my room quick. If you check-in like this, make sure to check in with the office the next day. That way your key doesn't get deactivated. The room was nice and cozy. The kitchen had everything I needed to cook with. The bathroom was linked to the master bedroom, so that was a little inconvenient when sharing with a person that is sleeping in the living room. There was no A/C, and the weather did reach at 85F. However, a fan is provided, and it does help to keep the place cool. Maybe, bring an extra fan if you want the bedroom and living room cool. The location of the place is nice. The pool and hot tube were clean and fully functional. The staff were helpful, and the laundry room is an extra plus. Overall, I would come again.

This was the second time we stayed here and we can't wait to go back! Great location with great views, front and back. We especially enjoyed the room with the patio and view of the golf course and mountains behind the property. Pretty much everything in Tahoe City is easily walkable from evo -- restaurants, bars, shops, the lake, and the Truckee River. And the bar and restaurant on site are always a highlight. Highly recommend!
