Tahoe City Vacation Packages

Our room wasn’t fully cleaned - left over used Kleenex on the shelves. The blackout roller shades didn’t close in our room. The elevators weren’t working. There was no-one at the desk when we checked in so we had to wait 15 mins. The breakfast was poor, at 830am - no fruit juice left, no eggs left, no sausages left and fruit options were extremely limited at the buffet. The bar area was under construction which is understandable, but all in all it was an extremely poor experience.

Our booking was for 2 rooms-1 for my husband and our teen son and the other for our daughter and her family. We were very impressed with the size, comfort and condition of the rooms. Our only complaint is that the hot tub was very small-maximum capacity of 4 people, so we had to wait until another family was finished using it to have our turn. Other than that we loved the rooms and the deal we got for them. We'd come again for sure!

Great location, quiet rooms, easy check-in/check-out. I always enjoy staying at the Best Western/Way Station Inn.

We loved our stay here! Amenities made it 100x better. We loved the pool, hot tub, and gym. Staff were nice as well. Definitely coming back with the family again!
