Staff was great, room wast dated and worn out. Tiles popped in the bathroom and the AC unit was so loud. Over all was a good experience, the place was nice and clean. Oh ya and bring your own pillow, they have these half sized ones.

The hotel was both wonderful and perfectly located in Winters. It’s a small town with everything in walking distance. The staff was helpful and we were allowed to check-in early since the room was ready. One night in Winters was a wonderful experience.

I was not expecting this place to be this nice the pictures don’t do it justice. I had a great stay felt like I was home away from home. The staff was polite and helpful. The room was clean.

Staying here feels more like being in an Airbnb than a hotel. Staff is only around during limited hours and they give you a code to open a lockbox if you check-in after those times. The A/C in my room did not work at keeping the room cool at all, and I was only able to open one window in my room to let in fresh air. The TV didn't work at all. This is a beautiful building, I wish they could do more to restore it.

We always stay at the El Dorado when we come to town to visit our kids. Friendly and efficient staff. Rooms very clean and comfortable beds. Love the Rowe (mezzanine level) with all the awesome restaurants and bars. Great location to local attractions, bars, restaurants and the college. Fun place to stay!

The check-in and check out customer service was horrible. The valet driver was more helpful and explain the process and how things worked .he was awesome. I have to check in we tried to go to the restaurant to grab a bite but we're not acknowledged it appeared they were trying to clean up to clothes for the night we ended up walking to Joe's Crab Shack. The rooms were very clean Antiquated maybe to go with the theme of the boat but for the price it's not worth it at all
