When I arrived and checked in (10:15 pm)the front desk staff checked me in. Then I asked about the hours for hot tub. He stated the hot tub was out of order as of 10:00 pm. I stated the only reason I booked the hotel and didn’t travel the hour home was to enjoy the hot tub after the IOWA football game. I asked for a discount and he told me he couldn’t authorize one. Then a man checking in behind me started to harass me and the staff didn’t step in to deeacalate the man. I won’t stay here ever again and don’t suggest you do either. I have a right to express me dissatisfaction at the time of check in. Had I been told prior to giving my card information I would have left and not been out the money. As it stands I stayed the night because I paid for it and left early in the morning. I will report this to Hotels.com

Came in while tornado warning going off. Front desk helped me immediately!

Whole property tired and dirty. TV difficult and partially functional. Staff friendly but difficult to talk to.
