When we hung the placard on the door to make up the room, although the bed was made, towels were still on the floor, no additional coffee or tea was provided, and the coffee cups were left unwashed. This was totally unacceptable. Also the terrace was available to those buying overpriced breakfast. Our bathroom sink didn't drain, the sink had a bar that was ready to fall apart as did the hangers. Save your money and book elsewhere.

Very nice cozy hotel, very clean and spacious room, very helpful staff. The location was super convenient and very close to some major attractions, restuarants, massage places, etc. Greatly appreciated having complimentary water in the room, coffee 24/7, tapas in the afternoon. The buffet breakfast was also good. Overall, would recommend this hotel as a place to stay in Prague.

Hotel is within walking distance of the tourist area and plenty of restaurants options around it. The staff are very helpful. Property itself is clean and well maintained

I had an excellent stay and would gladly give this hotel 5 out of 5 stars. The staff truly made the experience exceptional. From the reception team to the housekeeping staff, everyone was warm, professional, welcoming, and genuinely committed to providing outstanding service. The hotel’s location was another major highlight, with Prague’s most popular attractions, excellent restaurants, cafés, and shopping all within easy walking distance. The combination of exceptional hospitality and a fantastic location made this one of my favorite hotel stays. I highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Prague and would absolutely choose to stay here again on any future visit.

Staff did their job. I didn’t feel too comfortable there. They seemed a little off to me but with that being said they did their job.

The apartment was really good for a family of 5. The Kitchen was very well equipped and I like the air condition.
