The hotel and rooms were very clean. The bedding was crisp and the bed comfortable. Air conditioning worked well considering Vienna had a heat wave of 34/35 C. Garage was very clean and convenient to the elevator to the hotel. Would stay here again.

Very happy with the hotel. Clean, bright and well-maintained with decent WiFi, it was perfect to stay here while we explored Vienna during Eurovision.

Excellent location, directly on Mariahilfer Straße and directly outside Neubaugasse station.
The staff is very welcoming and reactive, rooms are well equipped.
The only downside is the very narrow lift.

The BEST stay ever. Rooms were spacious and clean. Showers were to die for. And they even have Dyson hair dryers!
