Staff - very nice lady in the day time, very nice, but no one in the morning. WiFi ok. No shuttle!!! Do not plan on using it. We have had scheduled shuttle for 4:40am - people were waiting - no shuttle. Had to take taxi.

The location was good. Staff were friendly and helpful, the room was a little small but we only stayed one night. It was clean. And it was closed to the harbor where we were embarking in a cruise ship. All good.

Great people and wonderful breakfast.

You have to go down a very sketchy uneven road before u arrive

I have nothing but great things to say about this hotel. The location is excellent, and the entire experience from arrival to departure was smooth and enjoyable. Check-in was quick and easy, and the hotel sends a detailed email about 48 hours before arrival with all the information you need, making the process completely hassle-free. The room was very clean, tidy, and well-designed. While it wasn’t huge, it was comfortable and had everything needed for a pleasant stay. The small kitchenette is compact but functional, with enough space and equipment to prepare something light. The bathroom was one of the highlights — it was spacious, beautifully designed, and very tastefully decorated. The shower was fantastic, with excellent water pressure, and the bed was very comfortable. The only minor downside was that the blinds did not completely block out the outside light. This is something to consider when visiting Iceland during the summer months, as the long daylight hours can make it difficult for some people to sleep and stay asleep. That said, the surrounding area was very quiet, which helped create a relaxing atmosphere. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel and would absolutely stay here again. It was clean, comfortable, well-located, and exceeded my expectations.

The staff were extremely helpful and went above and beyond. Breakfast was delicious and the restaurants on site are a bonus. Great atmosphere and location.
