Toilet ran all night disturbing sleep. No Kleenex. Some lights didn’t work. But the worst part was the check-in. Checkin not til 3p with ability to store luggage. However, if not for assistance of fellow travelers letting us in to the foyer, we would not have been able to store luggage. Took 3 calls to the helpline to get a simple number so we could check in to store luggage. Very frustrating and totally incorrect directions for checking in.

Great people and wonderful breakfast.

Rooms were not cleaned on arrival. A phone call to the inn keeper was successful in getting someone to come out immediately to clean the guest house. For the price of this rental, the property was tired and rundown. The shower overflowed/leaked. The kitchen was nice even though we did not use it.

The host was amazingly helpful getting us into the apartment, as we had arrived early. She allowed us in to store our luggage while we got some lunch. The apartment was spacious and comfortable beds/pillows. Close to the Harbour and restaurants. The couch in the living area was extemely uncomfortable and broken. This should be replaced for future guests. Otherwise very pleased with our choice at Kartuki.

Great place to stay for multiple days. The apartment has pretty much everything.

Location was great. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Coffee machine was always available and breakfast buffet was good.
