The room was comfortable and spacious. The staff was wonderful especially the staff at the restaurant breakfast.

We checked in but decided to leave shortly afterward due to several concerns with the property. During our brief stay, we noticed what appeared to be long-term residents with pets and personal belongings throughout the property. There was also a strong smell of marijuana in the hallway and near the entrance. Unfortunately, we also found a tick in our bathroom, and the pull-out couch in our room was badly damaged and torn. Because of these issues, we contacted the booking site shortly after checking in to explain the situation and let them know we did not feel comfortable staying. In all my years of booking hotels through this site, this was one of the most disappointing experiences I have had. Based on the condition of the property and our experience during our short time there, I would not recommend this hotel.

I enjoyed my stay here. I was in the twin cities for a full week on work, and this hotel was about 15 minutes from downtown so was a great location for the price. My room was a little dated (I did see other updated rooms while walking to breakfast), but definitely nothing to complain too much about. The staff was great, very helpful, attended to any needs. The breakfast was fine, helped save money while there during the week, but wished for a little more daily variety. Parking was great, the multiple entrances was easy to navigate, and overall I would recommend this location. Minutes from a Costco Gas station, which was a big plus for me.

The Park Suite was well appointed and quiet on the 5th floor with a treetop view. With a powder room and full bath, living room and small bar area, it made an excellent retreat for work and socializing. Huge hotel gym and a basketball court! Pool was adequate. Lovely stay, would choose this Hyatt again!
