Room wasn't ready , My room faced the roof , they charged $25 for breakfast , mini fridge wasn't worked and I asked 3 times to come check and no one showed up. Bar tender was rude , the only one that treat me nice was the spa lady. Hotel is far away from every attraction if you are a tourist , no place around to eat so you are stuck with an expensive japanese type restaurant and with no choice.

A friendly welcoming place with very good rooms, great facilities and good food. Would happily stay here again

Love classic feeling of this hotel

I have visited Baška several times starting in 2003. Nothing much has changed except that things are a little more expensive since going to the Euro. Baška is still a great place for a truly relaxing beach/outdoor vacation. We have always enjoyed the hiking trails, good food, and the many beaches. As an American, it is particularly nice to take a vacation in a place that is rarely visited by other Americans—a true getaway. This is the best hotel we have stayed at in Baška. The price was quite reasonable for a Mediterranean beachfront hotel. The hotel is located in the center of things. Our room was bright, large enough, clean and had everything we needed. I think it was a suite—kitchen with table, living area/bedroom, with a porch (handy place to dry beach clothing, etc.). Breakfast was great, and the staff were exceptional (I think most are locals). The owners of the hotel are locals, and it really shows. If you need information about the area, they can help. The beach area was very convenient and pleasant. If you are traveling to Baška, this is the place to stay!

Like expected! Everything was great!

Five star hotel room but two star service(s). My wife and I stayed 7 nights and had the opportunity to take advantage of all the services offered by the hotel and unfortunately while the hotel room was opulent the service was abhorrent at times. I'll start with check in and front desk staff; prior to check in I was experiencing some challenges with my phone service transitioning from one country to another my phone was basically otiose as I had no services and was attempting to resolve using my wife's phone. I proceeded to check in and was informed incidentals are charged at 100 Euros per day (since 7 nights) they would charge 700 Euros; this was fine and I provided my card. The card didn't go through at first and the agent needed help from another agent as she discovered the euro button needed to be pressed not the usa button of course this was realized after much embarrassment and the agent neglected to provide us champagne at check in; something my wife pointed out later. Front desk staff seems to have no connection with other departments even the concierge across from them as many times I was told a concierge is around however would learn from bell staff a concierge wouldn't be available until later; it should be mentioned luggage is routinely all over the front lobby easy for the taking. I have so much more to add but am only allotted 1500 characters and will use this to state that the room service was impeccable and I would stay again for the room but nothing else.

I was pretty disappointed as I was looking forward to going to the beach. The images attached to the property are pretty much a lie, not related to the property at all but instead lifted from Google Maps for a beach that's half a kilometer away and currently closed. This really bummed me out as it was 23 degrees and perfect beach weather but I found out only after arriving that it doesn't open until June. I think it's pretty sneaky of the property to plaster their listing with photos of the beach and not bother to mention this. A lot of other amenities are also just a lie. There's no "game/arcade room." There's no poolside bar, and of course there's no beach bar because there is no beach. There's no pool/billiards table, no deli/snack bar, etc etc. there's just the one restaurant that doesn't open until 2PM and basically nothing else. The staff are terrific and the restaurant is quite good, but really there's just nothing to do in Nerezine and I wouldn't recommend coming here if you have dreams of lying on the beach and drinking a cocktail. I booked three nights but left after two as there was just nothing to do and I decided to go somewhere else. The room is large and has everything you need for a perfectly adequate stay but given the way the property is advertising itself, the listed amenities, I was underwhelmed and disappointed overall. If you need to be in Nerezine for some reason this hotel will serve you fine but otherwise I wouldn't bother.
