There were bed bugs in our room on 2nd floor as well as the rooms our team were in on the 8th floor. It took us hours to find other rooms for the team we had taken to Charleston to compete the next day. We will not book there again and will not recommend this property.

Felt safe and sheets and surfaces were clean- but overall hotel was a bit “worn”. Everything was just dingy - they also happened to not have my room set and ready as they had forgotten to lock a room for my reservation so there was a bit of a tense moment at checkin but the sorted it out
