St Albans Vacation Packages

Way off beaten path but was worth it

Everything was broken the cable ice machine and the pool after I called to verify it worked

Quiet and relaxing

This was just an overnight stay. Room was clean. Beds were not comfortable at all but that’s probably just my preference. Non smoking facility but the smell of stale cigarettes and weed lingered in the hall. Breakfast was fully stocked and pretty good. My issues were with the night staff. We arrived at 10:30pm. We had to wait between 15-20 minutes before the girl showed up to check us in. That’s frustrating when you’ve been traveling for 12 plus hours. Got to the room and only had 2 sets of towels. Went back down to check in counter and of course, no one was there. Another 15 minutes later, she appeared, but couldn’t get towels so we had to wait until morning, which proved to be a whole thing in itself.

Shower curtain was moldy and a used bar of soap was left in the tub. Faucets were loose in the shower. Check in process was stressful and unnecessary complicated with a kiosk that was not functioning.

The facility is very old and it shows
