A quirky older property. Very, very basic accommodation. Sparse, outdated furniture and window coverings, in a small room though clean with a comfortable bed. Good for one night at a price unfortunately consistent with high Norway prices. Good Chinese restaurant on property. No elevator and no airport service as advertised.

The hotel itself is very nice, comfortable, and accommodating. Unfortunately, my early departure experience was quite disappointing. Since guests cannot park near the cabins, the regular parking area outside reception is already a considerable distance away. I arranged the night before to leave at 4:00 a.m. and was assured the gate would be opened so I could drive in to load my luggage, and that a breakfast box would be ready. At 4:00 a.m., no one was at reception, the gate remained closed, and there was no breakfast box. I tried knocking, calling, and messaging, but received no response. I had no choice but to drag my heavy luggage through the mud and construction area all the way to my car. It was frustrating that an arrangement made in advance was simply forgotten. After an otherwise nice stay, it was an unpleasant way to end the experience.

Unfortunately the twin bed rooms that I’ve booked are overbooked and received a single bed room. Staff couldn’t do much as it was a system error or so they say. But they were apologetic and honestly I’m not in Norway for a double bed if it matters. But yeah could have a double bed since I paid for one. Anyways. Soundproof seems lacking as there was some guy blasting deep house music from his BMW at 3 AM from the street across. Ravaging through the bins for an hour before going off. Room shacked with the bass too. How did I know it’s that guy? I was awakened. Anyways. Toilet shower is pretty tiny and narrow, like the road to hamningberg. Clean room and good breakfast as always. Parking was full and staff gave me a VIP space at the lobby. How nice. Mixed experience fortunately or unfortunately.

Room was clean, bed was comber, Haff friendly, it was on older building that could use a refresh out okay

Comfortable, convenient -not much choice in this location.
