The hotel has a good location, quiet and easy to visit Barranquilla.

Excellent staff, especially the front desk, very helpful and patient (thanks Jesse and Henry).. As my Spanish is limited, all were patient as I asked many questions. Some of the furniture in the room was outdated, but otherwise in good condition and clean. Excellent location, a few minutes by taxi to any of the Malls and great pool! Many restaurants within walking distance and convenience stores also

Everything was ok, except I would recommend the hotel management reviewing how the norm is in Hotel industry to make guest feel normal on their end of their visits.

Rooms were clean and had great lighting! Breakfast was ok.

El hotel en general muy bonito, en cuanto a las instalaciones del hotel (sitios de estar, ubicación, piscina, restaurante y atención) 10/10, sin embargo se queda corta la habitación un poco desgastada, los aires acondicionados sucios me daba miedo agarrar una alergia que efectivamente agarré, la neverita que según aparece que trae, no viene, toca andar con todo al clima como para tener en cuenta... si su plan es ir a conocer la ciudad, pasarla bueno con las demás instalaciones fuera de la habitación está muy bien, pero si lo que buscan es un buen lugar para descansar o pasar una noche, hay mejores opciones.
