Sophia was excellent. Friendly and extremely helpful. The location was good, walking distance to pretty much everywhere. The coffee was good and the biscuits were a nice treat. We already told her we will stay here again next year:) Thank you Sophia!

I won't be back. This property is in desperate shape. Filth, old beds and mouldy grout are just a few of the things. The lobby, a hotel centerpiece has furniture that should be in a dumpster. Having stayed in the Chateau Nova before, this is nowhere close to that in any way.
