good room but no access to the balcony which was hidden in the details which was a real shame - make sure you read before paying for a balcony room - it’s says for ongoing maintenance but they have been closed for years apparently

The room was lovely, very clean, well equipped and high quality. The public areas were spacious and clean, the complimentary breakfast was excellent and the staff were lovely. Great location by the waterfront and close to town centre. Would definitely recommend and will be back!

Room was spotless! Prices for drinks were steep, why do you get tea coffee in room but no hot chocolate? Went to the bar and paid £4.00 for a cup of hot chocolate!
