This motel had views of the bridge in Gold Beach. The motel was pet friendly and quiet.

While we didn't think this would be like a room at the Holiday Inn, we weren't prepared for the cute little room we got. The rooms are what used to be a RR station and have been upfitted with enough modern conveniences that you won't be disappointed - surprised, but not disappointed. Our room (and I assume the others are like this) was filled with gadgets, devices, and appliances that were vintage for the time the RR was operating and stopped there (think early 1900's). It was fun to try and figure out what these items were used for back in the day. They have WiFi, a refrigerator, a stove, and a microwave so you're not back in the 1900's yourself. It's an interesting mix of eclectic, nostalgic, and quaint. Very nice!

Got a great room overlooking the waterfront. The staff was friendly and served cookies in the evening. They provide a great grab & go breakfast, which you get to choose from a form that you provide the evening before. The pumpkin bread and the blueberry bread were excellent. They even made and provided me my breakfast bag the evening before since I was leaving super early to play golf at Bandon Dunes. The only downside was insufficient towel bars in the bathroom. Highly recommend this hotel.

Nicely maintained old school motel! Bed was comfy with nice pillows. It was nice to receive an actual key to the room, a very nice vintage touch! A great choice for your overnight stay!

The room was very spacious and clean, but the water view was a little lackluster. Nice patio outside, but the wall is high so if you sitting in a chair, you probably won’t see the water anyways, and the divider for the next patio is not solid so you could definitely see your neighbors next to you. No elevator, so if you’re on the second floor, you’ll have to carry your things up a short flight of stairs. Staff was helpful and check-in was very quick, and the property is located behind two different grocery stores so there are options for anything you may need.

I love the location, need to improve facilities.

Dirty, smelled like cigarettes, standing water outside the room (slipping hazard) rude front desk, old food in the fridge, ice bucket had old water in it, bugs in bathroom, lotion was used.
