Everything was good. The rooftop needs more life. And the restaurant needs more servers. They do their best I could see but understaffed. Hot water in the shower wasn’t available for my 2 days stay. Only warm ( almost cold ) I informed and they said they were resolving a problem with the system. It was not completed by the time I checked out. Other than that is a well located and fair price.

The property was very good and clean. The only problem we had was getting back our refund from deposit of $140. I called the hotel repeatedly with no progress. Very disappointing.

We had a great stay at citizenM Washington DC Capitol. The front desk staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and they even helped us find a free parking spot right outside the hotel. We really appreciated that! The room is small, but we actually loved it. Everything feels very new, modern, and clean. The smart features are especially impressive—the quiet air conditioning, automatic curtains, lighting, and other room controls can all be managed easily through the iPad. The hotel has a very modern and comfortable atmosphere, and the location is also convenient for visiting Washington, DC. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel!
