Dirty, run down, smelly, old and broken fixtures, stay away at all cost

I highly recommend. This is a nice hotel, with a affordable luxury vibe. Room lighting, furniture, and layout were great. Very clean. Staff were very helpful and efficient. Fitness room was a little bigger and better equipped than most at this price point. My only minor complaint is that the TV Google Chromecast wouldn't work (I use Chromecast regularly...I think the TV may have been on a different network than the guest wifi). All said, I will likely stay here again for my periodic business travel to this part of DC.

We booked a room with a kitchen for 3 days and had no refrigerator for 2 and half days even tho we discussed the issue with the front desk daily and multiple times a days. On the last day they finally bought in a brand new fridge. There was a restaurant onsite it said it opened and 4pm but it didn’t. They didn’t do anything to compensate us for no refrigerator and there was no ice machine. My husband went to the front desk then they gave us some ice from the restaurant once. They just kept sending an engineer to the room to look at the problem instead of replacing it. We didn’t save any money because the refrigerator didn’t stay cold or make ice. Customer service was terrible. They didn’t offer a refund , meal at the restaurant or anything else and we were there for my husband birthday

Great place but a little too secluded from service if needed.
