This was probably the best hotel stay I have ever had! As a woman traveling solo, Mohamed went above and beyond to take care of me and make me feel safe. At my request he coordinated an excellent guide for me, Essam, to take me on daily guided tours and contracted for me a very safe and reliable driver Moamen. Without the hotel’s coordination of these amazing day trips, I would not have been able to see all the amazing things I got to see! The rooftop also had amazing views of the pyramids and the breakfast was good. I felt like family here. I hope to definitely be back someday to stay here again!

This was truly one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Everything was exceptional—from the elegant design and spotless rooms to the outstanding service. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable throughout our stay. Every detail reflected quality and care. The atmosphere was peaceful, the facilities were excellent, and the entire hotel was impeccably clean. You can really tell that guest satisfaction is their top priority. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and stress-free stay. Thank you to the entire team for making our visit so special. I can’t wait to come back!

I had an excellent stay. Yosef was extremely solicitous of my comfort, and all of the staff were friendly and helpful. I originally booked the Triple Room for 2 nights and ended up extending it an additional 2 to be my home base for my entire visit to Cairo. I picked the room even though I was traveling alone because it was the only one available at the time with a pyramid view. The Queen room next to it looked even nicer.

If you come from the west, it is and seems very minimalistic. It's noisy. Be prepared to wake at 520 every morning. But i would not trade my experience there for anything. I will miss all of the employees there as of 1/11/26. Love, Nadiyya

The room was very clean the staff was so helpful and friendly if we had I little problem they would always fix it and the had great breakfast ready every morning. Overall 10/10 experience

By far the best customer service I’ve ever experienced! Saif and Ghandy went above and beyond to make sure every part of my stay was perfect. They helped me book tours, dinners, transportation, and were always available whenever I needed anything. The hotel is incredibly clean, peaceful, and has one of the most amazing views of the Pyramids. Their hospitality truly made my trip unforgettable.
