It was a beautiful old restored property. Loved the big jacuzzi tub in the Mission Spa suite. I felt we should have been able to do the geothermal pools for free due to paying $800/night for the room. We didn't have a four poster bed as advertised in all the photos and the room seemed smaller. Spa pools closed at 8pm which was much too early for us. No free breakfast, was just a lot more money for less amenities than we experienced in our hotel the prior night which cost 60% as much. Could be a more memorable experience ti make it more personalized. I called ahead letting the hotel know we were celebrating a double birthday and they did put some flowers and chocolate in the room which was nice, and the man at the spa was very nice to us and gave us a discount due to the fact that we only had 30 mins to go in the spa pools and the valet parking guys as well let us park for free overnight. I'd say the staff on site were very friendly and helpful but the sales team reps and the people I spoke to over the phone/the corporate Fairmont system and pricing for this hotel made it overpriced for the value we received. We still enjoyed ourselves but it could have been better.

This property had a double-booking issue. When we arrived on September 7, other guests were already staying in the house, and they showed us their valid Expedia booking until September 13. We attempted to contact the host via calls and messages, but received no response at all. We reached out to Expedia customer service immediately, yet the situation was not resolved. We were forced to book a new hotel last minute, which brought unexpected extra costs. In the end, Expedia did not provide any compensation. I am very disappointed with the handling of this incident. Anyone considering booking this place should prepare for the worst-case scenario.

Cute little property - a quick walk to downtown Napa.

Giving it a good rating more because of how helpful the staff member was. Weeks prior to my check in I had called and made request and when I checked in the same person I spoke to remembered our conversation weeks before and said everything was as discussed. He was very friendly and went out of his way to accommodate us. The property was well kept and no issues with the rooms. Free parking and secluded which helps due to the surrounding area. Ive heard of the city reputation but my experience was great. We went to the store, grabbed dinner scoped out the surroundings before our concert event and it all was calm and enjoyable. I would stay here again.

Thank you for a great birthday weekend
