Great location. Close to zocalo and market. Very quiet.

I strongly suggest to anyone looking for a place to stay to stay away from this hotel. I checked in Friday By Saturday evening my room was flooded all my and my family belongings where soaked wet. I was relocated to rooms with No functioning AC. I was charged extra 1500 for the rooms I was relocated to. Than I was asked to pay 5000 or to have to relocate for the 3rd. Time in my 5 day stay. In other words, I was there 45 days.I was relocated three times first room flooded.Second two rooms I was relocated to didn't have a c's, and they were facing main streets where we had to have the windows open.So the noise wouldn't let us rest.Then, I was charged for the two rooms, fifteen hundred.Because they said I had originally paid 1 room with 2 beds and they didn't have rooms with two beds available, so I had to stay in the two, which I was charged for fifteen hundred, which I pay.And then when I went again, I told hotel that I needed the ac working.They asked me to relocate and to pay five thousand for another relocation, and all this happened because of the hotel not having functioning amenities, like they say that would. Horrible experience

The property was perfect for me and my family. The roof is huge, the views are great, the jacuzzi and the lounging area are super nice, and the paintings are lovely. The bedrooms are clean and comfortable. This is a great option for large groups that want to share a special occasion.

It’s was fantastic and I hope this family all the best. We stayed when they had just opened but they did not charge us correctly (over charged) and there was no water NO water in our second room. All in all though they were very friendly and after all it is Mexico - so go with the flow.

Everything was nice and staff was extremely friendly and acomondating. One piece of advice, call your own taxi instead of using thier private transport. It is very overpriced, we used thier loprivate transport and it was very comfortable, clean and safe. However they failed to tell us there was a time limit. The driver said the hotel was supposed to tell us when he charged us 200 extra pesos.The hotel did not tell us about this and when we shared this they didn't seem to know about this fact. They said they would ask the company lead. The next morning the hotel staff said oh yes it is a policy. Since it was our anniversary we chalked it up to a splurge. The fact is it was wildly over priced for a regular ride to a restaurant and back. Over all we had a great time and recommend this hotel to anyone going to Oaxaca. O
