Staff members were very nice and helpful, very quiet place, we traveled with kids and they enjoyed themselves at the pool. WiFi did lag a lot so it was a little hard when I kids would try to watch a movie on their iPads. I do recommend this place if looking for quiet time.

Would NOT recommend staying there! The customer service is terrible! I booked 3 rooms for a group of 10, I had two rooms next to each other.. there was a connecting door in between. I asked if we can open the door in between the rooms and they said I didn’t pay for that type of room! If I wanted to “Open the Door” between the two rooms (that we were already using) I had to pay an additional $100 US Dollars per night!! Ridiculous.!! The bedding smelled, like when you leave wet clothing in the washer and for get to dry it out. The staff in the lobby were super rude, and there was only one employee during check out with a line of about 6 families trying to check out. Lets not forget the sewage water coming out on the entrance flooding the street. Adding the terrible smell! There were no reservations for dinner available!! And the hostess for the buffet “Older Guy” was the rudest ever!!

Our favourite place to stay in Puerto Vallarta. It is an absolutely breathtaking property full of charm. The staff are attentive, helpful and kind - they always go the extra mile to ensure a great experience. We have always felt very safe and comfortable, too. The food and drinks are absolutely delicious, elevated, and prepared with care. The rooms are cleaned every day and really lovely boutique toiletries are provided. There are two very sweet cats, Benito and Panquesito, who live on site who make it feel even more like a home away from home. The location is great - walking distance to the marina, shopping, restaurants, and the airport. The neighbourhood is safe and clean, and so beautiful! We will continue to visit every year as possible!
