The hotel was good, clean and just like the pictures. The tours that the hotel offers were not what i spect.

The staff was great, the food was amazing a lot of different choices. I wish the wifi was available throughout the entire resort. The gym needs a big renovation. I'd stay again for sure though. Had a good time. Maybe install more AC units in common area places that are indoors.

The biggest issue with this hotel is the restaurant staff, let me be clear not the breakfast but the restaurants were you actually pay, they got 4 restaurants and share the staff, no one care it took 53 minutes to get someone to take the order only to get it wrong and not even a i'm sorry, this happen in all 4 restaurants

First the check in staff was terrible. They treated us horribly and were not very helpful when some issues with Expedia and their hotel happened for reservations. After that the troubles only increased. The property advertises as All inclusive however no drinks apart from beer and the food was only buffet. Both were terrible. The service at the pool is also horrible. No one pays attention and to even get anything is ridiculous impossible. This is 0 star forget 5 star hotel! Never would go here and never will recommend it. And very bad on Expedia to even advertise them and should absolutely not
