Wonderful stay! Beautiful Manor, lovely setting - very peaceful. Hosts were very kind and were especially helpful when we had to make some changes due to my son’s health. Would recommend highly!!

The property and rooms were lovely. There was a front and back gate with an access code for the back gate. Maria was lovely and very accommodating. It was that small personal touch that made a difference. Breakfast was absolutely perfect and the bar allowed you to share a drink with other guests. We would definitely stay again and wish we could have stayed a little longer.

Really lovely, historic property in a rural setting with a beautiful restaurant and bar. They have AC units in the family suite to manage the heat. The buildings are beautiful and close to charming villages and the Normandy beaches

Really nice, family run hotel a few minutes from the village centre. The room was very clean and the food (breakfast) was very good. Very recommended for a family especially if you want a base to visit the D-Day beaches etc.

Staff was amazing! Especially the front desk!!

Cons: the bathroom door was broken, we could not open or close it properly because it’s a barn door on a broken rail. Black mold in the shower, the walls were dirty and the curtains were not attached to the rod correctly (grandson fixed it.). Front desk was told and although they couldn’t do anything about the issues that evening, we were told that we would be given two rooms (there were 3 of us) the next day. Pros: we were given much nicer rooms the next day. The people were considerate, kind and apologetic for the issues. Other: the hot water tank or boiler went out our 3rd night there. Not their fault and it was fixed within 24 hours. The free breakfast was fine and varied each day. It’s difficult to judge breakfast’s since everyone has their own tastes. The hotel is 2 blocks from the cathedral and plenty of restaurants.
