Le loft était très propre incluant la literie toutefois à notre arrivée le spa était pratiquement vide et cerné. Toute une surprise… J’ai contacté la réception, la personne était confuse sur la situation, une personne a été dépêché, pas de solution. Un technicien de la maintenance a été dépêché, il n’avait d’info donc on a convenu de remplir le spa et attendre qu’il atteigne un température acceptable soit entre minuit et 2h00 (nuit). Pas fameux quand on quitte à 11h

The room was very clean but a little small. It's hard to tell by the pics how big the rooms will be. But the staff were great and when we needed anything they were there. We had free parking with no issues. We parked the truck when we got there and didn't move until we left. The room had a mini split heat pump, the AC worked great. For us it was a great location. It was a nice little walk to old Quebec, about 30 minutes. Cartier street was close by and had some nice restaurants and shops that were easy to walk to.

Located near historic Old Quebec City. Comfortable 2-bedroom, 2-bath unit with old town charm. Modern amenities. Full kitchen. Walk to shops, historic sites. Lots to do and see.

The breakfast supposed to be included but by breakfast they meant just coffee and no parking you gotta pay extra for the parking.

Très propre. Bel accueuil. Seul problème: communication avant séjour défaillant via Expedia. Mais réponse très rapide à notre arrivée.
