Everything was ok, except I would recommend the hotel management reviewing how the norm is in Hotel industry to make guest feel normal on their end of their visits.

As an American tourist I was not supposed to pay taxes bc I had already pay taxes when I bought the ticket. They forced me to pay tax again even though I show them proof I was a tourist. Non supportive rude staff at front desk. Breakfast was included and they refused to provide me with an early snack or a cup of coffee since I had to leave earlier. In the past didn’t charge me taxes and also provided me with some snack fruit to go. This was a clear bad example for expedia to endorsed. They defied me to complain to expedia.
