The hotel offers access to 3 different pools. I had read online reviews mentioning mold, but we didn't see any mold damage in the building we stayed. However, other buildings have rooftop pools, which might be the cause of mold. There's a shuttle to Kata beach. During our stay the shuttle wasn't going to Karon beach. It's near plenty of other hotels, restaurants, spas, and 15 minute walk to Kata beach.

I have stayed at this hotel 4 times now , it is absolutely stunning. The staff are fantastic and are the reason we return year and year. See you again next time .

Beautiful location tucked away from noise. Very clean and it has friendly staff. The pool is beautiful and location is convenient

Place was clean and tidy, nice and relaxing but a bit dated

We were assigned a room has no direct elevator access. We take the elevator to the top floor, walk towards the edge of the building and take stairs to one level below with 4 luggages. I requested room change but they declined. We needed carry our luggage’s through stairs. When we opened hot water the power was out. They fixed twice. We stop using hot water. Tap water had a quiet heavy smell.
