"Pleasant stay"
Beautiful landscape. Lot of trees and shrubs surround also each bungalow being fenced by hedge, it could maintain the privacy but provided opened view. Good service. Especially the staff at Savor, hostess, waiter, waitress and the chef at breakfast day-part.

"Brilliant hotel, with superb hotel services!"
Great location (near to Laem ka beach and naihean beach) with free bike rental, delectable buffet breakfast by the beach, complimentary use of kayak by the beach. The staff were extremely helpful in aiding us in our enquiries. The spaciousness of the suite accompanied with the comfort of the air-con and the bed made up for the lack of basic necessities such as toothpaste, toothbrush and room slippers which are usually provided for in hotels and resorts. There was an incident which took place during my stay there: we weren't aware of how the "Do-Not-Disturb" system work. Residences have to swipe the 'Room Status' from the default "housekeeping" to "do-not-disturb", or else their rooms will be accessed by housekeepers, REGARDLESS if you locked the door from the inside. I was taken aback to have my things meddled with while showering and it got me freaked out! I feel that this should be explained to residents prior the check-in. Personally, I feel that the hotel is a little quiet and secluded, I would prefer to have more people going about. Overall, I find that the Serenity Resorts and Residences hotel was a perfect place for anybody to relax, especially couples and families.

"Marvellous hotel close to the beach."
Enjoyable stay with excellent hospitality. Great view from the room (Grand ocean view). The beach is not a big one but clean and we were able to enjoy swimming and sunbathing. Free equipments such as Sun umbrella, beach towels, snorkelling equipments and paddle board are available. The restaurants at the hotel are a bit expensive but the food is good. Variety of choices of breakfast. Would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone.

"Good resort, but expensive "
When we arrived late at night the hotel said they had no record of our booking... There was one villa left so we had this and then next day they had found our records. Not a great start! The villa was nice and big (118) but the air condition was awful and they were doing work in the garden around us so we managed to be moved to another villa which was better. We had meals included as part of our package and the food is really nice although at times it did take a very long time to come. The buffets week nice. Drinks at the restaurant are really expensive, western prices. The resort is really lovely, with a great pool area and lots of sun beds.

"Fabulous hot showers but terrible WiFi & noisy A/C"
Well located hotel at a very good price. Very clean rooms and great shower with good water pressure. Huge pool. Good buffet breakfast with reasonable variety. Airconditioning is very noisy, even on the lowest setting. Wifi connection is terrible and have to constantly reconnect.

"Great Value"
Rooms Huge. Pool fabulous. Best value dining in the area - may take a little longer for orders to arrive as not over staffed - food is excellent and well worth waiting for - hiring more staff would bump up the prices! Free shuttle to Rawai beach. Excellent breakfast included. No problem to check out late. We arrived early and they gave us a room until ours was ready. My only criticism is the lack of sun parasols around the pool but that would not stop me going back. There are plenty of hotels in Phuket which would charge double for less!

Rawai is calling — find the perfect hotel

Everyone wants to score a deal on travel, but price is just one factor to consider when booking an unforgettable hotel. Whether you’re visiting family, attending a conference or taking a well-earned vacation in Rawai, having an awesome experience should be a no-brainer.

Hotwire will hook you up! From restful nights near your flight to that prime spot in the city’s heart, we’ve done our research to bring the best options to your fingertips. Book your Rawai hotel with us now and start your next adventure.

You’re not the average traveler — and we know it

You’ve done your homework and know exactly where you want to go. We’re here to help with some Hotwire travel geek-approved tips on how to save on your booking.

    Get away for the weekend

Hotels in bigger cities usually charge higher rates during the week, when people are traveling for business. Weekends can be a bargain! It’s the other way around for vacation spots, so if you’re looking for a beach escape, consider a mid-week trip.

    Give yourself some wiggle room

If your plans are flexible, play around with some different travel dates – a shift of a few days either way can help you save big. Prices usually jump the weekends before and after popular holidays, so we recommend steering clear of them. Or consider visiting during the off-season, when prices are generally lower.

    Plan around big events

Are prices surprisingly high? There might be a huge conference or festival in town. Consider shifting your dates if you can. Of course, if that’s why you’re going, you’ll have to bite the bullet. We’ll still work to get you the best rates out there.

    Noodle over new adventures

Set aside time to plan what you want to see, taste and discover. Nothing completes a trip, big or small, like a few new experiences! Check city apps or area websites to find out what’s new and what events are happening during your stay. Even during a family reunion, you can detour to that locals-only fish taco stand or under-the-radar music club. Your cousins will be impressed.
