Need more outlets in rooms. Bed was a bit hard but I slept ok. Staff very friendly. Breakfast is excellent. Close to hot spots and beach but quiet neighborhood.

It was important that we had a balcony. And the management took it upon themselves too allow my daughter and I to sign a release. And it was so wonderful we enjoyed our room at 413. The beds were very comfortable in the shower had a lot of pressure and the view was amazing pool and ocean. The staff in the restaurant were fantastic.

Beautiful property but still missing few things

The rooms and property were very clean. The single bedroom are small. Much confusion on the breakfast and drink coupons. Our family had 3 rooms the first two families didn't get our coupons till our 3 family checked in. We were not explained the weekend and I guess holiday upcharge. The drink coupons were given to two families and the 3rd was told they were given to one of the other families. Somewhat noisy from the bar music from the street late at night. Beautiful pool and great service when you are by the pool. Food on the menu and buffet were very good. The concierge didnt seem to be working when we had questions. They had three Ofrendas that we were able to vote on the best but they never said who won. But it was fun to play.
