Overall a nice hotel and friendly staff. Falsely advertised and marketed as being on the beach. The pictures used are misleading . About a 10 minute walk to the Nice Beach. Rooms are small.

I was really pleasantly surprised by how nice and comfy the hotel was, as well as being clean and well maintained. The two desk clerks were very helpful also, as well as managing the small downstairs bar which was a nice feature. The place is by the train station and it seemed perfectly safe to me. The walk to the beach was just over 15 minutes, so quite convenient.

Excellent boutique hotel…perfect shaded pool area and easy 2 min walk to the Croisette…bonus with a great small local restaurant on the corner. I will definitely stay here again.

Avoid this place if there are other options. Location is reasonably good, good size units, but property is not well managed, cigarette smell all over and minimal (or no) service.

The property was nice, not great. The restaurant brought the rating down. The area was fantastic.
