The staff really makes the hotel special, as they will do any thing they can to accommodate you. The rooms and bath could use some renovation. The rooms are small, but this is very common in Paris. Air conditioning was good. Again, the staff really make the stay a 5 star. The hotel itself, more a 3 star

Hotel Normandy is under renovation. For a renovation. project, it is very clean. The light switches are a bit funky, so ask for help on making them work. I look forward to returning in a couple of years to see how it's getting along.
