great for a short stay

Arriving at this hotel was greeted by a young man who made us feel welcome. Spoke English and ibis should be proud of a great staff member. He gave us a welcome pack for the Lille braderie which had maps and bus times, restaurants. So organised, The room was clean and modern and we had dinner downstairs and sane young man produced an English menu.Breakfast was fantastic so much choice. would stay again and recommend.

A well maintained hotel in a great location in Lille old town, in easy walking distance from the train stations. The receptionist was friendly and spoke good English. The rooms are small but make best use of space. The shower was comfortable. The mattress could have been a bit more comfortable. Breakfast was decent enough, again in a small space. I was happy with it for what we paid, compared with the cost of similar hotels in the area.

Very close to the centre and in a quiet location. Sadly no kettle or free water in the rooms. But can buy tea and get free water in the restaurant area.

The property was close to the square as well as on a very lively street filled with wonderful restaurants. The hotel was lovely , the staff was very friendly and helpful . They offer a breakfast buffet every morning ( extra charge ) but delicious ! There is a courtyard and the hotel has a bar with great bartenders . I would highly recommend and would absolutely return !

Nice staff, nice coffee. Bed was a bit itchy though.
