Unfortunately a strike was on at the hotels in Norway. Remains Staff did a wonderful job to keep the hotel operating a reduced capability. We were moved to Scandic Byeparken because of the hotel staff strike. Very cramped room. Reception staff unsmiling and not terribly helpful. Morning staff much better - friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet is first-rate. the hotel is very well situated.
