The staff was very helpful. The included breakfast is very good. Its "minimalist" philosophy is ridiculous. There are a couple of shelves for storage but no drawers.There are no night stands. The phone was on a "shelf" about 8 inches off the floor next to the bed. You had to get on your knees to use it. There is no air conditioning. The weather was very warm and the room was uncomfortably hot.

Very nice hotel in great location in central harbor. Very walkable location. Building was an excellent conversion/renovation of historic bank building, well designed. Rooms have potential to be great but a few design details were poorly thought out and inconvenient. Very helpful staff.

The hotel is beautiful from the outside but unfortunately the rooms were very disappointing very basic and the toilets felt like in a hospital.. service is very slow there was only one person in reception that serves the whole hotel at night and she was not answering the phone I had to go down to her and ask for help.. the only positive thing about the hotel is its location and the beautiful interior of the restaurant

The hotel is old and rooms are small. No air conditioning so the room was hot. The front desk (When Calling) took forever to answer the phone. The dining area was a beautiful room with nice buffet restaurant.

Great location, nice staff and decent quality furnishings. We opted for a loft suite which turned out to be very dark and breakfast felt mediocre for what we were paying (pretty average buffet with no made-to-order options). Good option if you’re not on a budget.
