"Stunning views and great location for exploring"
After negotiating the 50 plus corners (that includes quite a few hairpins) to get to the top we were rewarded with a fantastic view. As far as the eye can see you are able to view Mallorca and pick out places that you want to visit. The hotel itself was pleasant enough without having too much in the way of spectacular extras. Though if that is what you are looking for then you would book elsewhere anyway. We used this as a base for exploring the multitude of beaches, coves, towns and villages on the east coast.

"Quiet and comfortable luxury hotel"
We stayed for three nights. The hotel is beautifully situated on a hillside looking over the valley, close to the coast. The rooms are very comfortable and well appointed, quiet and spacious. The public areas are well maintained and very pretty and will improve as the plating grow to provide a bit more character. The standout element are the fantastic staff, all of who, whether at the pool, reception, vale, housekeeping or restaurants, are universally friendly and helpful, Breakfasts are superb, with a vast range of excellent food. The restaurants are similarly impressive with well cooked and well presented meals and a great choice of wines and drinks. The situation on a hill mens a lot of steps. The hotel will take you around in a golf cart if needed, but otherwise be ready for a bit of walking.

"Nice hotel, think twice about going in November"
The hotel is in a good location a stones throw away from the nice beach at Cala Millor, at one end of the strip. The hotel is clean and modern, the rooms are comfortable and clean and the staff are helpful enough. The pool and sauna area is very nice, great for relaxing. One slight criticism we had with the hotel was the smell of cooking was very, very strong in the dining room. It was so strong that the clothes worn for breakfast and dinner couldn’t be worn again due to the smell. With it being November when we visited, Cala Millor was probably 80% shut down for winter. We had a car and travelled around the local resorts and most were shut down for the winter. If we were going to Majorca again at this time of year again, we would probably stay in or near Palma, which as a city was fully open for business and we had a lovely day there. Overall we had a pleasant stay at this hotel, but make sure you take plenty of change of clothes!

Hotel Segles

Carrer de Santanyí 4, Campos - Map
"Charming Mallorcan retreat"
We had an excellent time at Segles and would definitely recommend it to friends and family. The hotel itself is located in in a beautiful small town close to many of the best beaches in Mallorca. It's a great launching point for enjoying the beach. The hotel itself dates back to the 1500s an exudes tons of charm, history and ambiance. Breakfast in the pretty, little courtyard was a daily delight. Everything was extremely well maintained and tended to. On top of it, the owners (sisters) and as well as staff were very accommodating and welcoming. They provided us with tons of advice on daily basis about what to see, do and where to eat. They were so accommodating and very hospitable with several of our requests. If you want an authentic Mallorcan experience, this hotel is the one for you. We hope to return to Mallorca one day and it will be definitely to stay at Segles again.

You’re not the average traveler — and we know it

You’ve done your homework and know exactly where you want to go. We’re here to help with some Hotwire travel geek-approved tips on how to save on your booking.

    Get away for the weekend

Hotels in bigger cities usually charge higher rates during the week, when people are traveling for business. Weekends can be a bargain! It’s the other way around for vacation spots, so if you’re looking for a beach escape, consider a mid-week trip.

    Give yourself some wiggle room

If your plans are flexible, play around with some different travel dates – a shift of a few days either way can help you save big. Prices usually jump the weekends before and after popular holidays, so we recommend steering clear of them. Or consider visiting during the off-season, when prices are generally lower.

    Plan around big events

Are prices surprisingly high? There might be a huge conference or festival in town. Consider shifting your dates if you can. Of course, if that’s why you’re going, you’ll have to bite the bullet. We’ll still work to get you the best rates out there.

    Noodle over new adventures

Set aside time to plan what you want to see, taste and discover. Nothing completes a trip, big or small, like a few new experiences! Check city apps or area websites to find out what’s new and what events are happening during your stay. Even during a family reunion, you can detour to that locals-only fish taco stand or under-the-radar music club. Your cousins will be impressed.
