The hotel was absolutely lovely. We got a free upgrade to an amazing suite. Room service workers were so nice and patient. The front desk was polite and helpful. The dishwasher doesn't work that well but that's barely a complaint.

Hotel was not in a good location. If I had been traveling alone, I would not have felt safe. The street it is on did not feel like the rest of Victoria.

This was an amazing stay. Very dog friendly- even has white glove doggy menu service! The hotel room was basically like staying at a beautiful apartment. Lovely views from the balcony. The restaurant located in the lobby is actually very good. Friendly staff. Comfortable bed and couch. All around would 100% stay here again and can’t wait to come back!

Great spot, kids loved the fish, and the free bike rentals were a nice perk. Only thing we didn't like is that the AC was disabled for "environmental reasons", this should be on the listing. (Tip: check the breaker)

This property was conveniently located but was very overpriced. The first room they gave us was terrible and not what was pictured when booked. They moved us to a better room with a balcony but it overlooked the parking lot. It didn’t appear to be busy so for what we paid a room facing the harbour would have been nice. Staff seemed friendly and we were given a treat bag upon arrival.
