Muy buen servicio, muy limpio. La comida es buena. Todos los empleados muy amables

El Hotel es hermoso, la comida muy rica. Lamentablemente tuvimos varios problemas tanto con el personal en recepción como en el Dely, Eso cambió nuestra experiencia para mal. Somos socios en esa propiedad, solo pagamos un día con Expedia para alargar nuestra estadía, pero no nos quedaron ganas de regresar

The buffet food was good and lots of variety. The food at the specialty restaurants was good as well except for the Asian bamboo. The food at the Asian bamboo was the worse Asian food that we ever ate at any all-inclusive resort. For the Mexican specialty restaurant, I suggest a grouper fish dish. For Italian specialty restaurant I suggest the filet mignon. Skip the Asian bamboo specialty restaurant. The bedsheets are very old and pillows are the worst of all of the all-inclusive resorts I’ve been. The bedroom furniture are also very old as well and towels are extremely old. On the other hand, they pulled are very spacious and the Kids pool is very big for my son to play in. The staff was all very nice. The elevators are very slow and there is no air-conditioning in the lobby.

Is the second time staying, chose all inclusive and it was fantastic the pool area is amazing food beverages everything was great

Everything was wonderful — the staff was very helpful and attentive. The room was great either way beautiful views. All inclusive was a great deal!
