Good value for money, but they really need to have larger bath towels. The towels are very small, good for a kid, and they are pretty well worn. We continue to use the place because of its convenience, and because the staff are super helpful. Fix the towels and my newt review is 5 stars

Some black hairs in shower, not mine. Pool is noisy, indoor, room overlooks, hard to get to sleep

This hotel is a first class experience. The staff is helpful and friendly. The view of the city from my room was spectacular. The evening turn down service was a treat. This was a great place to celebrate my milestone birthday.

I was lucky enough to be upgraded to a top floor room that proved to be really quiet. My travel companions were on another floor that was pretty noisy, which prevented them from restful sleep.
