Beautiful boutique hotel walking distance to train station. Unfortunately, the room we were staying in had several low slanted ceiling beams. My husband and I banged our heads several times during our one night stay. Very dangerous! The receptionist shrugged his shoulders when I mentioned this at check out. Don’t think these rooms should be rented out

Dynamite location. Walk to the beach, dinner, cafe, shopping, museums, parks and more. Terrific brunch and knowledgable staff. Couple vacationing in Nice for 70.3 world triathlon championships.

Reception staff not very welcoming and helpful. Absolutely no parking facilities near the hotel. There is valet but it comes at a high daily rate.

Staff absolutely amazing But the hotel itself needs some maintenance Our room was a superior room but fell well short of what I expected Mainly bathroom very dark, walls marked and looked dirty, shower leaked all over floor Main bedroom ok but did not feel like a 4 star hotel

Location of hotel and friendliness of staff is excellent. Definitely not what we would call a 4 star hotel more like 3 star

The hotel is right in the city center. Beside is the Notre dame and 5 mins walk to the train station. In front is the tram that goes to the Place de Massena and other tourist spots. The hotel is quite old and the carpet on the halllways need replacing. The room is pretty small and is expected for the city and in France but it’s overpriced for that kind of hotel. The staff is nice but not quite efficient.
