It smelled horrible the minute you walk in. Looked like the shining. If we were on the last leg of our road trip i’d have slept in the car!

Great little studio. Clean (with the exception of the coffee machine). Loved the features like the full fridge and toaster/hot plate. Two suggestions: cushions for the outside furniture and additional towel racks/hooks in the bathroom. One side note (there was no continental breakfast as advertised on the website). Will definitely stay again.

Ok, so this is a bit of strange review. The hotel was nice, so were the staff …. BUT, while staying there, my daughter went to bathroom and grabbed a towel to dry off her face. The towel was neatly folded with 4 or 5 others, but when she lifted it and took a look, it had brown stains on it. No joke, she thought they might be chocolate and called my wife over … they were NOT chocolate. There were other cleanliness issues as well, though minor in comparison to feces on your towel. When I reached out, everyone was very apologetic, but literally no compensation or action taken. As I prefer feces-less towels, will be avoiding IHG run facilities in future.

There was a scent in the main lobby. For someone who has asthma and scent allergies…….this is an issue. Our room had a stale and musty smell to it and was quite strong. Luckily, we were able to open the window and allow the room to air out a little bit……of course the smell was back once we shut the window. The hand towels were damp as well which I’m sure is why our room smelled so musty. I also don’t think our air was working either. I turned it down to 66 and it never came in. On

Our stay was okay. The sheets on our king size bed either were the wrong size or didn’t fit for some reason. I know they were out on inside out so maybe that was why they didn’t fit. The body wash pump bottle in the shower would not work so we had to use shampoo for body wash. One of the elevator buttons would not work to go the first floor so we ended up taking the stairs. The breakfast was not very well supplied and I saw a bug crawling inside one of the cereal containers. But I guess you get what you pay for and this was a less expensive hotel.
