Beds were comfy, pool area was lovely, was very quiet and relaxing

It looks like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. The walk from the parking garage to the lobby was sketchy. My wife couldn’t sleep. We left at 5 AM.

A/c could have been better but overall a fantastic stay

There was a loud party going on in the loft Nextdoor and the hallway. I called the contact number, there apparently was no one to respond and the noise continued until 5 am

The hotel needs serious updating which they were in the process of doing. Unfortunately this is being done while guest are there. It's not totally unclean but just not modern. For the price, you can't be too upset. The pool and gym were good. My main concern were the carpets throughout (room and hallways)- they show dirt and seem soiled. Cleaning staff was just ok even though we tipped daily. Staff in general was nice. I would not return until/unless they complete renovations. The kitchen was in repair so there was free continental breakfast - very simple but appreciated. Not sure paying extra for breakfast is warranted. That being said, pricing was good as we booked last minute over the holiday weekend - and in this case, you get what you pay for. The location was great - very easy access and a lot of shopping.

The rooms were very clean. The beds were comfortable. Everything smelled good, no funky hotel odors. The bathrooms were spotless. The breakfast was a little lackluster. Powdered eggs, pancake machine, rewarmed frozen sausages, pastries. They do have EV charging, but it is the slow charger and pretty expensive. The a/c was a little on the noisy side, but it sure did make the room cold. But then the warm beds were just right. The pool was ok.

We didn’t notice the sign about the air plugs until we were leaving, wish they would have warned us at check-in. The pillows were horrible. The room was very loud next to the hi way.
