Our stay at the J.W. Marriott was very nice. The staff was excellent. Our room was great except the mattress was too hard. We've stayed at many Marriott hotels and one of our main attractions is the comfortable beds. This bed was not comfortable. The climate control did not warm the room. Lastly, our in-room food orders were not delivered as ordered. These are easy fixes outside of the mattress. We enjoyed our stay. Thank You...Dr. J

Clean and nice.

We stayed here on business. The hotel was spotless, the rooms very nice, spacious, clean, and well-appointed. The staff was helpful and very nice. Definitely would return, and recommend

Tuve mucho inconveniente en llegar porque la propiedad tenía nombre distinto a lo que estaba en la aplicación. Fuera de eso no me contestaban en los teléfonos que me daba la aplicación. En el pueblo nadie conocía el nombre del hotel. Adicionalmente la ubicación en la aplicación estaba errada...luego de dos horas de dar vueltas por el pueblo me contestaron y logre llegar. La dueña un amor, el servicio y amabilidad sobresaliente. El apartamento excelente. El edificio impecable...todo muy bien luego de lograr llegar. Volvería!
