The bed being on the floor was terrible

立地もサービスも素晴らしかったです。言うことなし。

Great location, super clean, close to everything, close to La Ramblas in the downtown Barcelona. very safe and clean, and all the stuff, members that were very helpful and very nice, definitely recommend it.

Beautiful hotel in an excellent location. Staff very friendly and helpful. Hotel amenities were nice. Lovely restaurant/bar in the hotel, and great rooftop!

The apartment was great for our family of 4. It was as described, very comfortable, spacious, and excellently located in the heart of Barcelona on the Passeig de Gracia very near dining, shopping, attractions, and grocery options. We arrived very late at night, and all of the check-in details were clearly defined and easy to get into the building and room. The kitchen was fully stocked with all needed and useful tools. We also utilized the washing machine a few times. There isn’t a dryer, but there was a large drying rack that could handle a couple of loads for air drying. If we come to Barcelona again, we would gladly stay here again.

The hotel is being renovated, no lobby and top roof terrace which I did not like! However, the rooms were great and the staff were very friendly!! This made the difference !! We had to go for breakfast to restaurant next door the Bar anxoita and it was an excellent place for having lunch or dinner!! The area is great lot of shops , restaurants, attractions!! I can’t wait to go back to Barcelona and stay at this hotel when the renovation is complete, early next year!! Staff were really friendly!! If you can go to El Nacional, great culinary experience! There four or five places where you can it!!

The design of the hotel is very beautiful-we enjoyed the experience and the fact that the hotel was a restoration of an old palace and it showed the details of old craftsmanship! The room was spacious and comfortable for family of 4 - we used room Guel.
