This hotel is great! I would recommend it as an excellent place to stay. The decor is beautiful! They treat guests with courtesy, the breakfast was yummy (especially the pastries), and the availability of tea, coffee, and snacks all evening was so thoughtful.

The Wallhouse Hotel, an Ascend Collection Hotel
The staff weren’t overly friendly. The bed was terribly uncomfortable and the pillows were awful. The rooms weren’t insulated well….you could hear a lot of noise on all sides. I would expect this at a $100/night hotel. Not at a $235/night one. I’m definitely not going back. Very disappointed.

There was no a hot breakfast and for a hotel that charges that much and has a pool you think they would have a hot breakfast. There are no microwaves or coffee makers in the rooms. Even 2 star hotels have these items in the rooms.

Rooms need deep cleaning. The tub and shower you could tell maybe been a quick rinse but there was layered dirt in the corners and just an overall layer of soap scum. This is a very clean nice Hotel. Staff were great! Due to the location, it’s very loud. Sleeping was challenging. The interstate added noise all night. We will not stay again personally due to how high traffic the area is.
