Nice place to stay, the only thing I was disappointed in was the Hot water, I was on the 2nd floor and I had to run the Hot water for so long just for it to warm up , I could have had a shower and then some b4 the Hot water started to come, Then it never did get hot. Lots to see around the farm, great place for the kids.

The room and staff were excellent. They were very accommodating and friendly.

Rooms were clean. I had an inside room and it was extremely quiet for a city center property. The staff was excellent. Just a very short walk (5 min or less) to the harbour, the Empress etc. Street market just steps outside the front door. And all the restaurants and shops you can ask for right there. There was some minor construction and maintenance going on in main entrance but it didn’t impact access in any way. Elevator is old and slow (to be expected in an older property), but I took the lovely wide staircase every time anyway. Will definitely stay again. Great location, clean, great value!

it was nice, however not worth it for the price in my opinion

Clean, comfortable room. Breakfast was ok. 9.50am , 40 minutes before the end of the breakfast window, kitchen ran out of bacon .

The staff were wonderful but the hotel itself is very much in need of renovation. Most importantly this location is unfortunately basically on skid row and there are lots of drug users around at all times. Not the hotel’s fault but my wife was very unnerved.

I have no notes for this hotel. Everything was absolutely fantastic. One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at.
