No ice machines. Was directed to a CStore. Great balconies over looking the lake with no chairs. Was advised not to use the balcony. Some were under construction.

The breakfast buffet was excellent with a wide variety of good food. In our room, the directions for the AC were incomplete and we had to call maintenance to be able to raise the temperature of a cold room. The fan was on low when we arrived, which we thought should be acceptable, but we were told that only if it’s on auto will the room warm up. Also, we did not like the smoked glass door on the bathroom because when the light was turned on, it brightened the whole room and disturbed a sleeper.

The staff were amazing as they always are. However this time our stay was dissapointing at best. We had to switch rooms because 514 is where souls go to die. It's a darker room with limited lighting and not at all as nice as the other rooms on floors above it. Really needs more light and a room makeover. We had significant trouble with room service. 3 times they sent the wrong order. For the prices they charge, you would expect for them to get it right.

The management of the hotel is excellent, it’s really Hyatt standard

A beautiful hotel! The entire staff was kind, skilled, and professional. Jonah greeted us when we arrived and made my son and I feel welcome and special. Both the rooftop and lobby bars were perfect. The rooms are cozy, clean, and modern. I love this place and will definitely stay there when I go back to Toronto. If you’re even considering this hotel just book it. You won’t be disappointed!

Don't have a low battery on your phone. You need it to open all doors on the property. Great set of utensils for anyone bringing their own food. Wish they would provide tea bags as well as coffee pods.
