I would like to raise a formal complaint regarding the condition of the room. There was a strong smell of smoke throughout the room, and the bed sheets were dirty and had an unpleasant odor. Unfortunately, the room did not meet reasonable standards of cleanliness or comfort. Due to these conditions, I had no choice but to leave the room the following day. However, I have still not received my refund. I would appreciate it if you could look into this matter and process my refund as soon as possible. Please also provide me with an update regarding the status of my refund.

What an amazing and unassuming place to stay. Adjacent to Plaza Rio De Janeiro there couldn't be a more convenient and beautiful place to stay in Roma Norte. Looks like nothing on the outside but is immediately transformed into an Art Deco masterpiece! Beautifully done with an attention to detail and comfort. Room was large and useful. Adjacent sitting room was absolutely brilliant for reading, relaxing, and enjoying the space.

Superb. One of the best (if not the best) boutique hotels I’ve ever stayed in. All the space is exquisitely designed. The food is glorious but it’s the staff what makes it absolutely outstanding. Yes you can stay in so many other different small, boutique, design-forward hotels in CDMX, but know, you’ll be missing out.

Good location, nice boutique hotel. Room was too small for a 7 day stay. Lived out of suitcase due to lack of dresser (only miniature wall closet for 6 hangers 2 letter size drawers). Room did not have privacy. Glass sliding door for whole bath and toilet. No sound privacy between room and common hall. Lighting was not bright enough makeup.
